We craft wines as nature intended — just grapes, sunshine & yeast — Bool is committed to letting the fruit shine. Our wines are handcrafted to have low alcohol with zero dosage (aka no added sugar) and a commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.

MEET DON LABORDE
Don LaBorde is the Founder & Winemaker behind Bool Wines, a passionate craftsman dedicated to producing low-alcohol, zero-added sugar sparkling wines.
As an outdoor enthusiast, Don was looking for a better beverage to enjoy after a trail run, snowboarding or kayak adventure. Enter the vision for Bool — an assortment of low alcohol, sustainably crafted sparkling wines.
With a BS in Enology from Australia’s Charles Sturt University and over two decades of winemaking experience from renowned wineries such as Trefethen Family Vineyards, Francis Coppola Winery and The Duckhorn Portfolio. Don brings a wealth of knowledge to low intervention winemaking, and a touch of artistry to every bottle.
